Cancellation Policy – Nathan O Physio

At Nathan O Physio, we are committed to providing high-quality care and respecting the time of all clients. When an appointment is booked, that time is reserved exclusively for you.

Notice Period

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late Cancellations & Non-Attendance

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (non-attendance), may incur a fee equal to 100% of the consultation fee.

NDIS Participants

For NDIS participants, cancellation fees may be charged in accordance with current NDIS guidelines, including for short-notice cancellations.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of the practitioner in genuine or exceptional circumstances.

Agreement

By booking an appointment with Nathan O Physio, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
