Bachelor of Physio (Hons)

Areas of Interest

I’m passionate about using movement to support recovery, strength and long-term health. My main areas of interest include injury rehab, pre- and post-operative care, persistent pain and working with people living with progressive neurological conditions or disability.

I enjoy tailoring exercise to each person’s goals and environment, whether that’s in the clinic, at home or in the community. I’m especially motivated by helping people build confidence, improve function and stay active over the long term.

How It Started

I first found physiotherapy as a young kid when I got injured. What stuck with me wasn’t just the recovery, it was how warm, kind, and genuine my physio was. They made me feel safe, supported, and seen. I remember thinking, I could see myself doing this.

Why It Matters

Not long after, my dad suffered a back injury that changed the course of my childhood. Our daily after-school playtime, something I loved, was suddenly gone. The impact that the injury had on not just my dad, but my whole family stayed with me. It taught me that pain doesn’t just take away movement, it can take away connection, joy, and the things that make life special.

My Approach

That’s why I’m here. I don’t just treat injuries or manage conditions, I help protect what matters most to you. I believe people are more than their pain. You are a whole person, with goals, passions, and people you want to get back to. My job is to support that with curiosity, care, and honest, evidence-based guidance.
